Sadly at the moment this is a bit of a one off. I’m a bit busy to be spending a lot of time writing fiction, although I really enjoyed it and when I get a bit more spare time (hah!) I might get back to it. Glad you enjoyed this instalment though!

Jez, wow, sorry it took me so long to come back, read this properly and comment on it. I really enjoyed the piece – it held my attention, with enough twists and points of intrigue to make me want to read on and find out what happens next. Not bad for a piece of unedited text!

The 15 minute exercise is so powerful, I need to get back into doing that myself.

Hi Fran, I'm glad you enjoyed it! I've not read Invitation to the Game, but they have a copy in the local library so I'll be sure to check it out. Not sure if I'll do much writing, but if I do I'll certainly let you know.

Hey hey!

Followed your link from your facebook, and I love this, I love the idea of setting a timer and just writing, it seems freeing somehow, to just go - whatever happens happens, better to write something than nothing. I really like what it produced, have you ever read 'Invitation to the Game'? It's a childrens book that I used to love (still love!) and the description of the landscape really reminded me of it, I'd definitely read more if any more exists yet!
